I'm in zone 5 (central Maine) - I was thinking about making a large hugelbed 3-4' tall - thats supported by pallets and transplanting my strawberries into it. Do you think they will over winter okay? My first thought is they need the winter snow blanket for protection. Input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
