No problems here.There are only a few things That I do to protect mine.I keep Avast antivirus and keep it updated.It's free and I like free.I turn off my computer when It's not in use.You can't get a virus on a turned off computer.I don't click on email links and I NEVER click on a link on Facebook.The only virus I have ever had came from a facebook link taking me off that page.
Doris,for four hundred bucks I would be screaming at that computer company.That's why I like dealing with local folks.You can always choke them if things go wrong.
