Rick, They sell them here in So. Cal, and I tried them once. They are annuals here. Most bulbs just won't take warm, wet winters. Most daffs do well here,but tulips and crocus , not so much. I came here from eastern Wa, and I really miss the spring bulbs, but not enough to plant them every fall.
