I'm back from hibernation.
Jewell---the phlox is fantastic. I agree though---sure takes a while to get it established. I'm hoping to put in an additional 18-20 phlox 'David' near by chicken coop bed this year. It seems to take about 4-5 years for them to look like yours though! Worth the wait for the fragrance and late July flowers.
