Where did you get the initial corms? What is the length of growing season? How hardy (or not) are they? I'd love to give them a try if I could find the corms. Might have to bring them indoors when it gets cold. I remember back in the day when we used canned bean sprouts, can't even imagine that any more. I've heard the difference between canned and fresh water chestnuts is night/day, and would love to give this a try.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
