Grandchildren are my greatest joy.

I bought the brown Leghorns on a whim knowing they would lay white eggs. I was seduced by a picture of a brown Leghorn rooster in pictures on the net and secretly hoped one would be a rooster.

One of the New Hampshire Reds is getting a comb and acting feisty so he will probably go bye-bye soon. Pretty rooster Tom........
