Margaret, I cannot remember what colour the parents were last year. My feeling is the variety in colour is less and the flowerers aren't as big with progeny. I remember a bright red one and a pink one in the spot of the photos.

These are some of the self seeded ones. You can see that mobs have germinate. There is a nice purple offspring too but 'battery exhausted' happened on me.

The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
