Joy, I was actually thinking of you while writing this, because we do have such similar weather. (Though, I should add that that's only because I'm so close to the Bay; the rest of San Rafael is considerably (10-20 degrees) warmer.
Tropical Experience *only* in cool weather isn't a lovely peachy pastel. It is a good opener, however.
