I do like Seattle's gardening potentials...with global warming I'll be in zone 9 in no time...sorry kids and grand kids, ya'll will probably see zone 11 here 
although I guess we'll also see this crazy unpredictable weather too - rain and cold for a few days and then up to the 70's for a day or 2 and then back down to the 40's...plants are adaptable though!!
