IMHO Smiling those are not prolifs growing on the scapes, it's just extra long foliage on the bracts. 75% of ours do that each year on first scapes and I have never had one of those like that turn into a prolif.
Your second photo does looks like it has a mini fan attached but I would be surprised if it turns into a prolif.
