I would say Vicia sativa too, the flowers are in pairs or singly.

I found some plants growing on the roadside a couple of years ago, I had hoped to get seed but the nearby resident decided to poison them and chop everything good down. This year I have bought some seed, it's a very attractive and useful plant.
