I have a four foot kiddie pool that I have some marginal plants in. It's about half filled with soil and I keep the other half filled with water. It has worked great for several years but I don't like the blue color and kiddie picture all over it. Is the a paint that will adhere to the plastic and still safe for the plants and any animal like frogs that might want to move in?
