Brad - Have you had any issues with "Famous Last Words"? It has struggled mightly for me. I got it as a bonus from Joe Ghio. The other irises from that order have taken off (Enjoyment, Engagement Ring, Cardinal Rule, Polite Applause). I like his stuff the best of the current crop of hybridizers.
