Not sure I understand Chelle. Most English peas (Pisum sativum) have WHITE blossoms. There are a few with colored blossoms but they are rare. Some snowpeas have colored blossoms. Sweet peas ( Lathyrus odoratus, annual and Lathyrus latifolius, perennial) are not edible and in fact are somewhat toxic. The annuals are available in whites and blues as well as pinks.
