First of all, the most important thing. Allow them to acclimate.
Place out of direct sun, and allow a little sun each day. The plants
will let you know when they can handle all day sun. Takes about a
week here. Then, just plant as you usually do with your parent plants.
Mostly the seedlings are hardy and grow like, well, weeds.

We have already had to trim the seedlings while inside, but would
trim when planting outside too. Doesn't seem to hinder the growth
to do so, at least in our climate. I don't think trimming is necessary
though.
