I know i was in the hospital 3 times that year and was very dark and suicidal. It was my last resort as all meds stopped helping at all. I try not to think about making the discission to have them as it is a serious treatment but i know without it i would not be here today. It kinda jump starts the chemicals and i still take meds but now they work great.
I also dont look up how they do it as the thoughts of how they work or what happens scares me.
I still see a therapist 2 times a month to help with any stress.
