Yes it does. They make your brain convulse somehow. (like I said I don't want to know how) They use to put wet sponges on someone's head connected to electric and turn on the switch that is why call shock treatments. I think it is chemicals they use now. I had 10 of them (don't remember much about that except the needles to put me out and I was in the hospital at West Oaks. I am sure it was the depression was so bad I don't remember but truthfully I don't want to. Because I would remember and feel the darkness again and just the thoughts some times makes me cry.
