I was going to say that as soon as I hit submit, I noticed you were on Etsy. I took a peak even though I don't have any room anymore... time to buy a house (one day)! I've had to stick my large Hoya carnosa 'Krimson Queen' outside due to lack of space and I have no idea how I'm going to squeeze her and my two Pelargoniums (first year trying to grow them as perennials/houseplants) inside this winter. With only one window that's already full and the entire section in front of the window taken over, this winter will be fun to say the least lol.

Back on track now, I think that says a lot about you as a seller, you didn't just stick a name with it and hope for a quick sale. It sounds like you did your research and care about your customers. I'm not sure some sellers have that mentality, and that's sad. I know people are in the business to make money, but part of your business is built in making the customer happy and ensuring that they want to come back (because who knows, maybe down the road they'll want something else you're selling). Some sellers don't seem to do their research, just stick a name with a plant, and don't care how the plant arrives or how happy the customer is, they just made some money.
