Thanks Melissa Smiling Unfortunately in my very very dry area with very poor humidity they need the moisture in the root zone, so the stones help them.

Oh I do understand about the fluffy loose soil..same condition my other succulents enjoy. Big Grin Though my adenium enjoys more water of course in summer.

Will wash off the neem..and see how it goes..thanks again!
