Congratulations! You've nursed a plant that had "a little life left" into a healthy rose bush. The foliage is beautiful! I see the beginnings of clusters at the tips of a couple of canes, so that should help in the identification. This will have to wait, however, until we know the size of the full-grown bush, the fragrance (or lack of fragrance), and the appearance of the blooms in different stages, as Sue pointed out.
