Wow! People would BUY Lambs Quarters?!? When I lived in the North, it was the biggest pest in my garden. This past season, it has shown up on my farm here. I cringed when I saw it- and sure enough, I see a bajillion seedlings all over the place this spring. I have tried to eat it (cooked), but, well, uhmmm...yuck. Taste like a weed to me, lol. I admit that I never tried it raw, perhaps I will change my mind. It appears as though I will have plenty of opportunity this year.
