Thanks so much for sharing your experience. I was really glad to hear that these daylilies were in front of a west facing window, since I have only a north facing window to put plants in front of.
It must have been wonderful to see the blooms in winter. Seeing a bloom during a winter as bad as this last one can really brighten up a day.
