As soon as I start cleaning up my gardens, which I plan on starting today, I will know more about which plants I lost. It is a bit too early here as a lot of the dormants don't break dormancy this early.

However, good news on some of my very small seedlings that I over wintered in pots. I just took a chance on those. They are ones I did not get planted. It appears most of the diploids made it. Not sure on the tets yet. I did a little experiment. I filled the pots with mulch, covering the 2" seedlings and laid the pots on their side underneath my blue spruce tree. I then buried all of the pots with approximately 2" of mulch. With the good snow cover along with the mulch, it must have insulated my babies enough to keep them alive.
