We had the opposite problem with the potting soil this year.
Too much sphagnum moss in the mix caused the plants to dry out quickly.
All winter, it was water, water, water, and the seedlings did not grow as well.
Even when using the same brands, the mix is different each year, so we
mainly check the mix before buying, but this one fooled me last fall.
