Rebloom....Wikipedia...a rare act of nature when a daylily north of the mason dixon line actually sends up more than one scape in a season.

In Ohio...rebloom is when we transplant a select daylily that bloomed for the first time in the fall and it actually blooms the following year.

Rust....what comes out of my hose from my well....and turns the ground reddish brown.....not to mention the tub.

Early season blooming daylily....blooms the end of June...
Mid season blooming daylily....blooms the first of July...
Late season blooming daylily....blooms the end of July...

Increase....what happens to the pain in my back the week I transplant all my select seedlings.

Line Out....What happens when my clothesline gets caught in the blade of my lawnmower.

Introductions....meeting an angry neighbor for the first time after my loving dog chases their cat up the Thorn tree.

Gift Plant....a duplicate of one I already have, that I don't like...when I order an introduction.

Blue Daylily....something that when we finally do get one....there will be no blue names left for.

AHS Official Meetings....where we smile and laugh with people that we talk bad about the rest of the year.

Spider.."little miss muffet sat on a tuffet eating her curds and weigh...along came a 'spider' and sat down beside her....and she ate that too...."

Unusual Form....The person who comes late and sits down directly in front of you at the last minute with huge hair...

Branching....The underground system that connects all the nut sedge together to form an impossible to remove organism.

Reluctant pod setter....Hortons' dim-witter half brother.

Daylily Robin....a forum where you can get the bird, but it's not a robin... be flamed, give unarguable scientific data with no research, tell everybody how well your Stella is doing.....where sense of humor is taken as fact and 90% of the members fear posting at all. Open to all...new members welcome.

Scape....what I'm going to do soon as I hit post to keep from getting flamed...
My Daylilies makes me happy!
