Well -- ok. Sniff. It's hard for me to visit Iris hybridizers because the blossom of the pollen parent is discarded -- just lying on the ground in perfect beauty -- unloved, unwanted, used and discarded. Crying I couldn't be a hybridizer -- I'd have all those blossoms floating in rose bowls around the house -- and I'd have to keep every single progeny, even the ugly ones. Shrug! nodding
