This is what my enclosed porch looks like after moving some of my tropical plants inside for our (last!?) bit of cold weather. The cabinet at one end is my "work-station", holding all my packing materials (out-of-sight) and where I prepare plants/supplies for shipping. The clear, marine-vinyl panels will come off in May and will be stored until next fall. Then the porch becomes a screened-in porch.

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.
