Well the garden raised beds are done except for one more. Decided we had enough wood to enclose the bed that has my Blackberry in. As I was moving a few bricks out of the way I discovered that the end of the huge cane it grew last year rooted and had already sent up new shoots. I clipped it from the main cane and transplanted it. Looks like now I have two Blackberries. Need the raised bed put in so I can build a trellis for them to grow on.
Got most of the compost that was ready sifted and put into five gallon pails for use as needed.
Picked up some more bone and blood meal this evening as well as a gorgeous Pineapple Sage plant that is already a foot tall and loaded with new sprouts. Love Pineapple Sage in my tea. Just have to find a spot to plant it as I read they can get rather large and attract Hummingbirds.
