Thanks Jill and Teri. I still have bunches of them. We have run out of cracked ones and need to start cracking again. I love to crack them watching TV and David like to pick them out.
You can freeze them cracked or uncracked in a ziploc bag. Make sure it seals tight and air proof as pecans are known for picking up scents of other stuff.
