Seems they haven't learned their lesson on anything! There is a plant (wish I could remember the name of it) that looks like a leafless vine, reddish brown in color that (was introduced of course) I think must grow faster than kudzoo. It takes over in south Fl. & will completely cover a huge pine tree in no time at all & of course kills it. It is not particular what it grows over ~~~ any vegetation will do. About 3 years ago, at the State Park, they released a (introduced) moth whose larvae voraciously eats the vine in an effort to eradicate the vine or at least control it. As usual they "say" the moth larvae doesn't eat anything else so it won't be a future problem. Uh huh. Heard it before. A thousand times.
