They do love heat!! Maybe try putting the pot on top of the fridge?

I've ordered Stuttgart twice. Both times they grew fine but never got the lovely leaf variegation. They come to a swift halt as soon as our weather cools.

Contrary to Dave's experience mine are lusty, ramble around and return every year c/w tall stems, blue/green foliage and nice delicate flowers.
