I got one pair for my husband. I don't think he has used them yet. He usually uses heavy work gloves. I will bet he will like them, once he uses them, especially for lighter duty work.
He rarely digs into the ground....unless he is digging for a fence post or something like that. I will tell him to use it when he does that.
I already have paint all over 2 pair as I used them for painting instead of the disposable gloves. I used them (disposables) when I washed out the brushes.
