Could it be a type of Sorrel? It doesn't look quite like the ones I know, I have two species persisting in my garden. Rumex acetosella and Rumex acetosa, the latter is I think called Spinach Dock, I have a small number of plants but the leaves are a little different.

It could be a variety of Rumex acetosa ..

The mature leaves are likely to be different.

I'm not sure about Atriplex, it could be but look closely at the base of the leaves ..
