If you WANT to appear stuffy but have no idea what the plant's name is in English or Latin, you could say:

"Isn't that Pulchra?"

* Latin word meaning "beautiful"
Pulcher, (male)
Pulchra, (female)
Pulchrum (? other?)

Just because it ISN'T complicated doesn't mean I can't MAKE it complicated!
