I have been lurking the forum for awhile enjoying the wonderful photos everyone had posted. Just gorgeous beyond description. I was going to say that your NOID peony does look very close to Duchess de Orleans than Edulis. The center of Edulis is more fuller than the Duchess. Edulis is a darker pink than Duchess. Sorry to confuse you more now with this info. I guess it can be either.
