Yes, I have seen blooms with this form, they are cristate Sculpted Forms with the cristation appearing on the surface of the petals. There is also a midrib cristate form which used to be refered to as midrib crested. Many of these were incorrectly registered as Double Forms( they have neither the extra whorls of petals or petaloid stamens) and can now be registered as Sculpted Forms - Cristate. A few other Tets of the surface cristates currently registered ( although all have not had the registrations corrected by their hybridizers yet to reflect the new Sculpted Form designation), Tiki God ( Foster 2011), Strikingly Dramatic (Maryott 2010), Ohio Discovery (Carpenter 2007), Little Big Ears (Davisson 2007) Tarpon Back (Baker 2003), Midlife Crisis (Hansen 2007) Sigourney (Hanson 2008), Vestages (Matton 2010), Kentucky Shape Shifter (Morss 2010). There are also several diploids with the most well known being Jack Carpenter's Texas Feathered Fancy ( 2006).
