Hm, my daughter in Salt Lake City has one similar that is 'Easy Does It', an own-root landscape rose, one of the disease-resistant strains that has those colors, and also the notched petals I see on some of those flowers.

If that's what it is, I'd highly recommend it, but not for Florida (I planted some, and they have not done too well . . ) These pics show early blooms (from May last year) that have not yet developed the pink shadings. The flowers later in the summer also have more notched petals.
