Oh thank you so much Elaine! I posted that question on the edibles forum & no one knew. One responder only & she gave me a link to a seller of fig trees where I would have had to call them & ask the question. How about that timing? You said something about your figs just a day after I posted that question. I loved the link you gave. Very interesting! Thumbs up
SO, I went out & checked it & sure enough, there are baby figs growing; not many but they're there! I guess the rain is the answer as we've had quite a bit of it this fall, winter & spring. It's planted in a bad place if they need good waterings though. I don't think these people knew too much about plants needs b/c they didn't plan very well in that respect. It's way too far for me to drag a hose & even if I did, it's on a downward slope so the water would just run downhill. But I bet I can propagate that baby! nodding
