I'd probably wait till fall to fertilize. Those in pots will just need water till foliage turns yellow which will happen rather rapidly I'd imagine. At that point they can be de-potted and hung up in netted bags till fall (or left in pots). Bonemeal is considered a good fertilizer for bulbs, I usually just mix it into the soil where bulbs are planted.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.
