Fred - I love the Dragonfly Dawn genes. I have seeds I got from Rich on the LA that are DD x DD. I want those genes to use in my own private hybridizing. Your hybrids of DD and WOJ are outstanding! I love that you are using those genes to cross with your Lillian's hybrids. Very, very impressive! Exciting to say the least! It will likely be next year before I see blooms on DD x DD.

Michele - CRASHING THE CREASE x WILD DREAMS has such beautiful colors and pattern. How can you enlarge (increase) the size of a bloom from 3.5" to something like 5-6"? That bloom is beautiful, but can you imagine it larger! I love them all!

Natalie - I don't see any dogs in this thread (except my own)! LOL! Dragonfly Dawn, Waves of Joy, and so many other patterned hybrids have really changed daylily hybridizing for the future! It's mind-boggling what blooms can be created!
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters, compared to what lies within us.
