Absolutely, you may have one of the other species, there are many Vicias.

I didn't find any with yellowish purple flowers. A pic of the flower could help find the species if nobody who knows comes by this discussion. I believe your pics with pods show the pods in various stages of development, that the green ones will turn dark, going by the fact that ripe seed pods are rarely still green, and the black ones I've seen started out green.
