I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database!
Zada Mae is one of my all-time favorites. Makes a beautiful clump and seems to bloom forever. It often has 4-5 blooms (well spaced) on a scape open at once, yet it goes for 6 weeks or more. It is a bud builder that will start the season with 22 buds and when it is done it will have as many as 45 bud scars! Often reblooms if we get decent weather. The color is a vibrant ripe cantaloupe. It is always layered and always double. Tough as nails too! I HIGHLY recommend it!
