I am so sorry, I kept forgetting to post the recipe some of you asked for. Here it is:
Chili Reano Casserole (serves 8)
3 cans whole chilies
1 ½ lbs. shredded cheese
1 pint sour cream
3 eggs
Put a layer of chilies (with seeds removed) , then a layer of shredded cheese, layer of chilies and another layer of cheese.
Beat eggs just until mixed, add sour cream and beat again until mixed. Pour egg/sour cream mixture over the casserole.
Bake for 1 hour at 375°, or until top is very lightly browned.
