Good morning fellow succulent lovers!

I need help from those of you that are more experienced. I've had this succulent for a little over a year, and I think it needs to be re-potted.

The first pic shows how it looks from the top, the second from the side. It even has a little one shooting off. Can I just cut the stem and replant? What about that offshoot? How do I separate it from the mother plant?
