Mines starting to grow pretty fast now. I've got it in a mix of soil, medium grade orchid bark, perlite and a bit of tree fern fiber thrown in. It's in an area where it get's shifting sun/dappled shade. Poor thing is probably going to get a complex as I watch it diligently since I've been so excited about growing it.
