Rucky,yes,I soak my seed for 4-8 hours.I have forgotten and left them overnight and they were too mushy to plant.I feel that I get better germination with a good soak.I plant about 3/8 inch deep and soak the potting mix.After that I let them almost dry out before watering again.Never let the mix go completely dry until the seed have sprouted.
