Becky that is Perennial Portulaca, it doesn't set seeds and is propagated through cuttings. Apart from Pink it comes in pure white, light pink and light pink & dark pink bi-colored blooms. The white and pink ones have single petaled varieties too.

They become dormant during our mild winters and start growing and blooming again in the spring till next winters..
