What's the US program that's working?

We have a lot of wild hogs and we shoot and eat them. Wild hog sausage is the best sausage I make (and we make a lot of sausage from different meats.) If more people saw hogs as an asset rather than a liability we'd have less of a problem, I think.

We need entrepreneurs working with land owners to harvest hogs and process them into good food for sale to the public.
