Thank you both for your kind words about my Gentle Giant.
And, Ann, I'm fairly certain I purchased my Gypsy Rose before 2010, but do not recall exactly when. Did not keep any written records. For such a time as this, it would be helpful to know that bit of information. Going forward, I'll try to do better.
Would you suggest I have a couple of my plants tested, just in case, or is it better to watch for symptoms first?
A few years back I recall having read something about never again planting hostas in a spot where an infected hosta had previously grown. What is the current guideline for that?
