It occurs about one in 10,000 births, and about 1 in 10,000 of them survive. Usually the vet can detect them when they do the ultrasound. They will then check bact to see if one terminates itself, which is what often happens. If not, they will terminate the smaller of the two, and there will be a normal birth.
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
